Welcome to the Gerald Habershaw Scholorship Foundation. The Gerald Habershaw Scholorship Foundation provides a limited number of scholarships to graduates of public high schools in Rhode Island. Scholarship recipients are selected principally on the basis of financial need, scholastic performance, participation in extra-curricular activities, and demonstrated leadership. Our aim is to provide college tuition assistance for the motivated, above average student who would otherwise not have the financial resources to attend college and who might not receive other scholarship awards. Most of our Gerald Habershaw Scholorship Foundation recipiants are the first in their families to attend college. As a result, they are highly motivated, hard-working individuals who go on to be successful college students. |
